Join Lois Brooks for comfortably-paced walks on Tyler’s trails that will get you out and moving while enjoying the dynamic fall season in our woodlands and fields. Wear shoes suitable for uneven terrain.
• Tuesday, September 7 or
Sunday, September 19 The Red Trail features two stream crossings and two ascents over 3.1 miles.
• Tuesday, September 21 or
Sunday, October 3 Walk the Pink and White Trails to visit the Arboretum’s rare serpentine barren, then follow Dismal Run.
• Tuesday, October 12 or
Sunday, October 24 The Orange and White Trails feature moderate hiking through meadows, woodlands, and along Dismal Run.
• Tuesday, October 26 or
Sunday, November 7 Ramble along the 2.5-mile Blue Trail as it passes along Rocky Run stream.
• Tuesday, November 16 or
Sunday, November 21 Work up an appetite for Thanksgiving on the hills of the Red Trail.
