Yoga at Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens

With tranquil views of the gardens through a curtain wall of windows, learn yoga poses in tandem with breathing and stress management techniques. At each session, a variety of healthy-living topics will be discussed to further benefit mind-body health. All levels may join this program.
Fee: $80 for 8-week session for members, $120 for 8-wk for non-members, Drop-in = $15 per class. Pre-registration is required for full session rates.
