Shiitake Mushroom Logs

Tickets: $25 for members; $30 for non-members
Learn how to grow your own shitake mushrooms! Each registrant will be able to take home one 4ft. oak log which will be prepared at the workshop and inoculated with fungal mycelium. Each log should be able to produce shiitake mushrooms several times a year for 2-3 years or until the log has decomposed.
