Tickets: $60 M, $90 NM, $15 drop-in
Learn yoga poses in tandem with breathing and stress management techniques. A variety of healthy living topics will be discussed to further benefit mind-body health. All Levels may join this program.
Cost: $60 (each 6-week course) for members, $90 (each 6-week course) non-members. Drop-ins for $15 a session.
