Yoga at Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens

Learn Yoga in tandem with breathing and stress management techniques. A variety of healthy living topics will be discussed to further benefit mind-body health. All levels may join this program.
First Session: 6 Weeks: Mondays, January 16 - March 5, 6pm
2nd Session: 6 Weeks: Mondays, March 12 - April 30, 6pm
Cost; $60 (each 6-weeks course) for members, $90 (each 6-weeks course) for non-members, Drop-ins for $15 a session.
