Shop at Whole Foods in Devon on Tuesday, April 24 and help support your local botanical garden, Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens. On this day, 5% of all sales at Whole Foods will go to Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens! Every quarter, Whole Foods employees vote on a non-profit to receive this wonderful fundraising. In this, the 3rd quarter for Whole Foods, the focus is the environment. Employees’ votes favored Jenkins Arboretum to receive this funding!

Whole Planet — We are committed to helping take care of the world around us, and our active support of organic farming and sustainable agriculture helps protect our planet. And while we assist our global neighbors through our Whole Planet Foundation’s micro-lending operations, we also step out the back door of each of our stores to support food banks, sponsor neighborhood events and donate to local non-profit groups.

We are truly honored to be the designated non-profit of this endeavor. We hope as many people as possible will shop at Whole Foods on Tuesday, April 24 to purchase healthy products and to support a good cause, your local botanical garden. Look for the Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens display table in the produce section and stop to ask questions about the Arboretum and native sustainable gardening. Pick up some literature and be sure to visit Jenkins very soon. It is our Spring Bloom Festival now through the end of May. Dazzling colors await you in the perfumed air!
