Savory Summer Salads
Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania

Learn to make fresh salads that are anything but ordinary. In this demonstration Pam Williams will combine the season's freshest veggies and herbs with tangy dressings for the perfect warm-weather supper that tastes fantastic and is good for you as well. Pam will share practical tips for adding savory herbs to fresh greens for a great flavor boost. The class will end with a sampling of Pam's creations.
