Homeschooler Days
Bartram's Garden

Tickets: $10 per student, additional siblings $8, or free with member Program Pass.
Learn how some plants prey on insects and discover why carnivorous plants have evolved such a unique strategy for survival. Study their prey up close and create a 3-D insect model to take home.
Homeschooler Days serve home-schooled students, ages 5 – 13, and meets monthly with morning and afternoon sessions to choose from. This year’s topics range from botany to colonial cooking, from navigation to creating music from birdsong!
Schedule: 2nd Wednesday of every month from 10 am to noon. Program repeated at 1 pm.
Costs: $10 per student, additional siblings $8, or free for Bartram Members.
Each lesson includes activities, reading, snacks, and walks through the garden (weather permitting). At least one adult chaperone is required for every two children.
