Take “where does food come from” to the next level. Get your hands dirty, experience new flavors, and gain some advanced gardening skills that will connect you to your food.
Homeschooler Days serve homeschooled students, ages 5 – 13, and meets monthly with morning and afternoon sessions to choose from. This year’s topics range from botany to colonial cooking, from navigation to creating music from birdsong!
Schedule: 2nd Wednesday of every month from 10 am to noon. Program repeated at 1 pm.
Costs: $10 per student, additional siblings $8, or free for Bartram Members.
Each lesson includes activities, reading, snacks, and walks through the garden (weather permitting). At least one adult chaperone is required for every two children.
